- the CQ (Cultural Intelligence) Capabilities Assessment, and 
- a Behavioural Preferences Profile.

Through one 1.5-hour initial session and two 1-hour follow-ups, you will gain a clear understanding of your cultural profile and learn how to adjust your leadership approach to improve collaboration, trust, and results.
